Guidelines for Respect, Integrity, and Confidentiality at Eluney Skin & Wax Bar.
Introduction At Eluney Skin & Wax Bar, we are committed to providing a safe, ethical, and 100% professional environment for all of our services, including the Manzilian Wax and intimate skin treatments. Professionals trained in this specialty are rare, and we are proud to provide a space where every client receives respectful, hygienic, and professional care. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our studio.
Strictly Prohibited Behaviors Out of respect for our staff and the standards of our establishment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the service without refund:
Unprofessional or Disrespectful Language
Do not refer to your esthetician using pet names such as:
Princess, Honey, My Love, Sweetie, Sweetheart, Baby, etc.
Disrespect or Aggressive Behavior
• Yelling, cursing, or using offensive language toward staff or other clients.
• Any intimidating, aggressive, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
Violation of Hygiene or Safety Standards
• Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Refusing to follow hygiene protocols or service instructions.
• Showing up with open wounds or untreated infections.
Improper Phone Use During Service
• Making video calls, recording audio, or taking photos without permission.
• Playing music or videos out loud.
• Using your phone in a disruptive or disrespectful manner during treatment.
Sexual or Inappropriate Behavior (Zero Tolerance)
• Our services are strictly professional and therapeutic—never sensual or sexual in any way. Never ask for a "happy ending."
• Bringing sexual lubricants to your appointment.
• Wearing penis rings or any genital devices.
• Touching, playing with, or manipulating your genitals before, during, or after the service.
Note:If your esthetician needs assistance stretching the skin, she will let you know professionally. If you choose to act otherwise, your service will be immediately terminated with no refund.
Important Note for Sensitive Clients
If you are extremely sensitive to touch, or if you have ever experienced involuntary ejaculation during a waxing or sugaring service, we strongly advise you to take appropriate personal measures before your appointment to avoid discomfort or embarrassment.
